For expecting families who want to learn what they can do to help their baby learn to love sleep as much as they do. Designed specifically to help you prepare for your new arrival - from awake times, night waking's, naps and schedules – we will share everything we know about babies and sleep so you know what you can realistically do to help your family sleep through the night again soon. 

 

This package includes:

  1. 60 min consultation: We will talk about how pregnancy changes sleep, the nitty-gritty on what to realistically expect when it comes to your baby's sleep - awake times, naps, feeding schedules and night waking’s. We talk about sleep props and how to avoid them, when to introduce routines, the ideal sleep environment and how to help your newborn sleep through the night as soon as possible. 
  2. Sleep guide: A comprehensive, easy-to-follow, and easy-to-read newborn sleep guide...it includes lots of cuddle time!
